Pink Ribbon Collection on Trinity Mead

One of our Residents has brought to our attention that envelopes bearing the Pink Ribbon, usually denoting breast cancer charities, are regularly posted through letter boxes on the development.

However, there is some concern as to the authenticity of the organisation behind these collections. They purport to be raising money for breast screening in Lithuania – in itself, all fine and good. The question is the legitimacy of the operation. When you read the back of the envelope there is no mention of a charity, and the money raised from the sale of donations ends up in an organization registered in Lithuania.

You can click on the following two links to see a scan of each side of the envelope being distributed.

  • Definitely agree with what you stated. Your explanation was certainly the perfect to comprehend. I explain to you, I usually get irked when folks discuss problems that they plainly don’t know about. You managed to kick the nail at the top and explained out everything without complication. Maybe, people can take a signal. Will likely return to obtain more. Thanks.
